About BRIX LDN BRIX LDN is an 8,500 sq ft New York-style warehouse conversion in the heart of London Bridge. A dynamic, multi-faceted venue combining a 100-cover restaurant, bar, and high-energy events space.
From corporate events and brand activations to music-led nights, after parties, album launches, and buzzing brunches BRIX is built for experience.
The Role Were looking for a driven, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead BRIX LDN and take ownership of both the operational excellence and the creative energy of the venue.
This is not your standard GM role youll be at the centre of a fast-paced, culture-led business that blends hospitality, music, and events.
Key Responsibilities Full P&L responsibility and commercial performance of the venue
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing front-of-house and management team
Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, and events
Drive revenue across all streams: dining, private hire, and bar
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, promoters, and partners
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company standards
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a high-volume, multi-use venue
Strong background in restaurants + nightlife/events
Commercially savvy with a hands-on leadership style
Passion for music, culture, and experiential hospitality
Experience managing private events, launches, and corporate bookings
High energy, resilient, and thrives in a late-night environment
Excellent people management and communication skills
