Responsibilities the General Manager include:
Managing a team of 14 people including fitters and drivers Lead the team to deliver high standards across the depot. Achieve targets on sales, profit, stock management and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company systems policies and procedures Develop relationships with key customers, ensuring high service delivery standards Champion Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards.
