Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have experience managing a budget of at least £1 million, a passion for inspiring and developing teams and will deliver a top‑notch operational and customer‑focused leisure or hospitality operation. Salary & Benefits The salary is up to £45k, with market‑leading bonuses (the average bonus for 2023 was £40,000).
