The Role As a General Manager you will manage the day-to-day operation of our centre, which includes:
Creating a culture of excellent customer service Driving the business growth through local promotions and central product delivery Developing an annual business plan with the Regional Manager focusing on growth and financial target Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and support team operations and strategy execution.
Skills You Need
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
