You’ll bring energy, precision, and positivity to every part of the operation, from service and standards to financial success and team development. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring a talented, multi-skilled team Overseeing daily operations across food, drink, and guest experience Maintaining exceptional standards in service, quality, and compliance Driving profitability and operational efficiency Fostering a supportive, welcoming, and high-performing culture Representing The Coach House brand with passion and pride
