Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in London is for a General Manager who will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. The General Manager will lead a team to deliver an outstanding dining experience, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include staff management, financial oversight, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to drive innovation and aligning the restaurant’s offerings with its brand identity. Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members Proven experience in restaurant operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and inventory management Expertise in hospitality and customer service, with a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance practices, and operational protocols Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in the fine-dining sector is highly desirable A passion for hospitality and a dedication to maintaining high standards of service Relevant hospitality or business management qualifications are a plus
