I am currently partnering with a hospitality group to find an outstanding General Manager to lead a truly unique London venue.
Set in a striking waterside location, this is a restaurant and bar that attracts a real mix of neighbourhood regulars, destination diners, and corporate guests. It is a venue known for its atmosphere, beautiful setting, and a team that takes genuine pride in hospitality.
They are now looking for a hands on, people first General Manager who enjoys the rhythm of a busy service and knows how to build a strong team while running a commercially successful business.
The Role:
You will have full ownership of the day to day running of the venue, leading from the floor while ensuring the business performs at a high level across service, culture, and financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and inspiring a large front of house team Creating a positive, supportive culture where people can grow and thrive Driving strong financial performance with full P&L accountability Ensuring exceptional guest experience across restaurant, bar, and terrace service Working closely with the kitchen leadership team to deliver smooth, consistent service Maintaining the energy, warmth, and character that makes this venue such a special place to visit

A natural host who enjoys being present on the floor and connecting with guests Commercially aware and confident managing financial performance A strong people leader who develops teams and builds a positive culture Someone who thrives in busy service and takes pride in running a well loved venue
