Ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care based on best practice. Being responsible for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home. Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in residents' wellbeing. Ensuring safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with both occupancy and dependency. Providing on‑going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team. Ensuring costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls.

A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK. Have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment. Have Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent. Possess excellent leadership and management skills. Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT.
