We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead a well-established boutique hotel in Bridgwater.
This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys being fully involved in day-to-day operations , supporting a small team across food & beverage and accommodation , while also driving the commercial performance of the business .
Reporting directly to the owners experienced hospitality operators with a successful track record across London and the South West you will take responsibility for running the hotel day-to-day while helping grow the business.
The Role
Leading and supporting a small team across F&B and rooms
Taking a hands-on approach to daily operations and guest experience
Driving revenue across rooms, food & beverage and events
Building relationships with local corporate clients and businesses
Using marketing, advertising and social media to increase bookings
Maximising occupancy and room revenue
Managing budgets and maintaining strong financial performance
The Candidate
Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager
Comfortable in a hands-on operational role
Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
Confident developing local business and events
Passionate about hospitality and leading small teams
