• Drive Growth: Expand our presence across retail, BtB, hospitality, throughout the UK.
• Lead Teams: Inspire and manage local teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

• Own the Numbers: Oversee financial performance, optimise costs, and ensure sustainable growth.
• Oversee administrative, legal, and compliance matters with rigour and foresight.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ in a similar leadership role
• Background in luxury retail, fine food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a hands-on leadership style
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
