The Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a confident and highly motivated General Operative based out at Croft Masterblock.
As an Operative you will be expected to operate manufacturing plants and equipment safely and efficiently to maximise production. To inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.
This job description outlines the requirements of 24/5 operative working a 3 shift pattern of days, nights & afternoons. shift operative within Croft Masterblock.
Who you are
Ability to work on a varying shift pattern including: morning and night shifts.

We are looking for a highly motivated General Operative with a requirement for drive and enthusiasm and is able to work as part of Shift team

Excellent communication and team working skills.

Good organisational skills.

Able to work on your own initiative.

Physically fit and capable of manual labour, including lifting and carrying 20kgs for short distances.

Driving forklifts and counterbalance.
