General Operative Nursery Plants
We are currently looking for a General Operative to join our team working with nursery plants.
Location: Spalding
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 07:00 17:00 Monday-Friday
Additional: Occasional Saturday work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the planting, watering, and general care of nursery plants

Preparing plants for dispatch and orders

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the nursery area

Supporting general day-to-day nursery operations

Following health and safety procedures

Requirements:
Reliable and punctual

Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Good teamwork and work ethic

Previous horticulture or nursery experience is an advantage but not essential
