What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Supporting the class teacher across the day ✔ Helping children stay focused and engaged in lessons ✔ Leading small group work and offering 1:1 support when needed ✔ Encouraging learning, confidence and positive behaviour ✔ Being a friendly face and trusted adult in the classroom
What We’re Looking For:
✨ A can-do attitude and a love for working with children ✨ Great communication and teamwork skills ✨ Experience in a school or childcare setting is a bonus, but not essential ✨ TA qualification (Level 2 or 3) is helpful – but passion and commitment are just as important!
