We're seeking a versatile GenAI Engineer who can work across the full stack of GenAI applications, from model integration and prompt engineering to building intuitive user interfaces. You'll build production-ready AI features that empower business users to leverage the power of GenAI within their planning workflows, requiring both deep ML knowledge and strong software engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy end-to-end GenAI features and APIs
• Integrate and optimize LLMs using prompt engineering and RAG
• Develop conversational and agentic AI workflows
• Measure and improve model quality, performance, and cost
• Implement monitoring, testing, and observability for GenAI systems
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models
• Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and GenAI innovation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including experience working with ML/AI systems
• Strong Python skills with experience using ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers)
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Experience with React, TypeScript, APIs, and cloud-based microservices
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and ML fundamentals
