We’re looking for a driven Site Engineer with around 3 years’ experience who’s ready to step up, take charge, and keep things moving on site.

The Role:
You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be at the heart of the action. Leading site operations, solving problems in real time, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking full control of day-to-day site activity

Keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard

Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades

*

Championing health & safety on site

*

Troubleshooting issues and keeping momentum strong

*

Keeping stakeholders updated with clear progress reports

What You’ll Bring:

Around 3 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role

Confidence to run sites and make decisions

*

Strong technical understanding of construction processes

*

A proactive, hands-on attitude

*

Great communication and organisation skills

*

Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
