Geo-Environmental Engineer

The Role We’re seeking a talented Geo-Environmental Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our team. This hybrid role requires strong capabilities in both geotechnical and environmental disciplines, supporting site investigations, risk assessments, and design input across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support Phase I & II site investigations, along with Phase III and IV

* Conduct geotechnical assessments including soil logging, sampling, and in-situ testing

* Prepare factual and interpretive reports for both environmental and geotechnical scopes

* Liaise with clients, regulators, and contractors

* Contribute to remediation strategies and environmental risk assessments

* Ensure compliance with UK environmental and geotechnical standards

Requirements

* BSc/MSc in Geology, Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering or related field

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in geo-environmental or geotechnical consultancy

* Strong report writing and data interpretation skills

* Familiarity with UK ground investigation techniques and environmental legislation

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations
