Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Geography Teacher to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will deliver a broad, stimulating, and challenging Geography curriculum that encourages students to explore the world around them, think critically, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver dynamic Geography lessons that spark curiosity, promote high standards, and develop critical thinking. Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support to help each student reach their potential. Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all students can thrive. Contribute to the development of engaging schemes of work, resources, and assessments. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching across the department. Support wider academy life, including extracurricular activities, trips, and enrichment programmes.Person Specification Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), plus a strong background in Geography. Experience teaching at secondary level, with a proven track record of inspiring students. Strong knowledge of curriculum requirements and assessment strategies. Excellent classroom management skills and ability to motivate students of all abilities. Effective communicator with students, colleagues, and parents.
