Geography Teacher / Geography ECT

In the heart of Hillingdon, a high-achieving Secondary School who are on the hunt for a Geography Teacher / Geography ECT for a September 2026 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract. The Head of Geography is looking for an ambitious Geography Teacher / Geography ECT who is keen to add value to a successful Geography Department. These schools are renowned for supportive SLT, strong Progress 8, excellent behaviour and genuine career progression. The schools are well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, developing their own staff and heavily investing in CPD, coaching and wellbeing. It is an exciting time to join! ECTs are welcomed and will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, have a dedicated mentor, regular observations, in-house and out of house training and the chance to work alongside a range of young and experienced Geography Teachers.
