About the Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Geography Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development within a thriving secondary school in Dartford. You will be responsible for delivering engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (essential), with KS5 teaching desirable, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and inspiring pupils to achieve their best. This role is full-time, five days a week, providing consistency and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The Ideal Candidate Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Proven experience delivering Geography lessons in a UK secondary school environment

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners

Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
