Geography Teacher Location: Cardiff Setting: Secondary School Start Date: 13th April (After Easter) Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:00pm) Duration: Until the end of the academic year (July 2026), with potential to become permanent Pay: 172.98+ per day (dependent on experience) Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Cardiff? We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Cardiff seeking a committed Geography Teacher to join their team from 13th April. This is a full-time position running until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The Role
Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the national curriculum Maintain strong behaviour management and create a positive learning environment Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential Contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4 Excellent behaviour management skills Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Two professional references
