Expleo is seeking a Geometry Integration Lead Engineer to join our client's Vehicle Package / Geometric Integration department(12 Month contract) based in Warwickshire. The team is responsible for full-vehicle geometric integration, ensuring systems and components meet performance, packaging, and customer requirements from early concept through to end-of-life.
This role specifically supports the Closures and Exteriors groups, contributing to the delivery of high-quality geometry and system integration across multiple vehicle programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Support Package Zone Leaders and Group Technical Leaders within the Closures and Exteriors area.
Deliver high-quality, clash-free geometry that meets programme targets.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams and Centres of Competence with a customer-first approach.
Develop packaging proposals for key components and systems.
Support delivery teams with weight-, cost- and customer-optimised packaging solutions.
Conduct CAD studies to ensure compliance with geometric targets, standards and system requirements.
Contribute to elegant, efficient geometric and system integration solutions.
Assist in resolving cross-functional engineering issues.
Apply agile working principles to support integration sprints within the zone.
