Geotechnical Project Manager\n\nLondon\n £50,000 - £65,000 + benefits\n\nA well-established engineering contractor in London to recruit a Geotechnical Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of ground investigation and infrastructure projects.\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for project delivery, client management, and site operations within a structured and supportive team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will manage geotechnical and ground investigation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging ground investigations and site operations\nCoordinating subcontractors, including drilling teams\nPreparing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements\nOverseeing project programmes, budgets, and resources\nProducing and reviewing factual and interpretative reports\nActing as the main point of contact for clients\nSupporting and mentoring junior team members \n\nRequirements\n\nDegree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering or similar\n5-10 years' experience in geotechnical engineering or ground investigation\nExperience managing projects and site works\nStrong technical reporting skills\nGood client-facing and communication ability\nFull UK driving licence \n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary depending on experience\nBonus and car allowance\nHybrid working\nClear progression to senior management roles\nOngoing professional development and chartership support \n\nSummary\n\nThis is a solid opportunity for someone looking to step into (or continue in) a project management role with a good balance of technical, site, and client-facing work, within a company that has a consistent flow of projects
