We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and growing team based in Leicester. This is a permanent role with flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming enquiries from customers in the UK, US, and Germany through various channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and pass along customer insights to help shape product and service improvements Create and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and expectations met Offer a helpful and friendly service that reflects the company s values and commitment to customer care Work proactively to spot patterns or recurring issues xehkeey and share these with the wider team Requirements: Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial Clear communication and good problem-solving abilities Confident with using computer systems and handling multiple tasks at once Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
