Computershare have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Information Security (GIS) team as GIS Business & Reporting Analyst, working within the Planning & Engagement team (P&E).

The P&E team are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of strategic security data, report generation and coordination, demand and engagement forecasting.

A role you will love

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Business & Reporting Analyst to join our small and dedicated team. This Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality reporting from various sources and aggregate these into packs for our key execs using Power BI, and supporting our internal projects and workload management system, Azure DevOps. You will formulate solutions and translate them into technical requirements, define success criteria and proof of value, and effectively manage stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

What will you bring to the role?

The role requires a good understanding of a Cyber Security environment, concepts and team’s responsibilities/objectives (or similar e.g. IT, Application Development) which can be transferred into our team. Excellent skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Azure DevOps, and similar/complimentary analytics toolsets, with expertise in building, maintaining, and improving Power BI models, particularly where inefficiencies have been identified.

Knowledge of demand/backlog workflow tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira and experience of managing workloads, reporting from and backlog maintenance in these toolsets. You will understand reporting, security and technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
