Duties

Understand the client’s network and what practices are used to capture it on ESRI Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation and communicate this with stakeholders Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely delivery Lead and mentor a GIS and data team Assign tasks, provide guidance and ensure team members have the resource to conduct their jobs effectively Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Ensure adherence to GIS and project standards and best practices Present Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Slides to clients

Requirements

Proficient in the MS office suite Experience with Power BI is desirable Comfortable with collaborating with cross functional teams Have an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations and have experience in implementing quality improvement methodologies Organisation, time management, problem solving and attention to detail will come naturally to the right candidate Qualification in a GIS related field or experience in working with GIS or similar software is desirable Flexible and adaptable to change People Management Experience Comfortable presenting to senior management
