You will work alongside a dedicated team on a variety of glazing projects, primarily within the domestic sector, with occasional commercial and site-based work.For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to supervisory and managerial responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesReplacement of failed double-glazed units within domestic propertiesSurveying customer properties and preparing accurate quotationsInstallation and reglazing of units into uPVC, timber, and aluminium frames, including windows, doors, and roof lightsAccurate measuring and surveying for replacement glazing, including:Leaded designsGeorgian barsColoured and stained glassIdentifying critical glazing locations and ensuring compliance with:Part K (Protection from Impact) safety glass requirementsPart B (Fire Safety) appropriate glazing specificationsCarrying out glazing work on all types of timber frames, including:Face-pointed rebatesTimber-beaded windowsHeritage glazing worksMaintaining high standards of health & safety at all timesEssential RequirementsProven experience as a GlazierStrong customer focus and professional approachCommitment to delivering high-quality workmanshipGood knowledge of glazing regulations and compliance standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLeadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staffFull UK driving licenceWhat We OfferCompany vanUniform and PPE providedOpportunities for career progression into senior/lead rolesCompetitive holiday allowance and pension schemeOptional overtime (evenings and weekends)Dedicated office support and job schedulingSupportive, welcoming team environmentApply NowIf you are a skilled Glazier looking for your next opportunity with a growing and reputable company, we would love to hear from you.
