We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Global Admissions Associate to join UWC International and support the delivery of our 2030 strategy. In this newly created role, you’ll help strengthen our Global Selection Programme (GSP), with a particular focus on volunteer engagement and clear, effective communication. You’ll also play a vital role in developing an alternative admissions pathway for students who currently face barriers to applying—expanding access to a transformative education. Working closely with colleagues and supporting targeted working groups, you’ll contribute to improving how we allocate over 2,000 International Baccalaureate places each year across our national committees.
