Global Business Services Director Salary: £85,000 - £104,400 + Extensive Benefits Location: South West England (Hybrid - 3 days office-based) Overview We are seeking an experienced Global Business Services Director to join a well established and growing professional services organisation. This role offers an opportunity to lead within a developing business unit, delivering high-quality outsourced finance services to an international client base. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and payroll services Support clients with operations across multiple international jurisdictions Coordinate with offshore/shared service teams to ensure efficient service delivery Provide technical and strategic guidance on cross-border financial reporting Contribute to business planning and the continued growth of the GBS function Candidate Profile Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Experience working in an SSC, GBS or COE is essential Exposure to sectors such as Technology, Renewables, Life Sciences, Real Estate, or Financial Services Demonstrated experience in professional services outsourcing Experience supporting internationally operating organisations Strong understanding of financial reporting and c...
