About the Role and the Team We are seeking an experienced Global Client Director to lead the growth and development of Adform’s global partnerships across an assigned portfolio of holding companies. Supported by local sales teams and senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for defining and executing global growth strategies, identifying and owning new business opportunities, designing commercial partnership initiatives, and leading data and technology integrations with agency tools. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and scale long‑term partnerships at a global level. We hope you are ready to change the game! Represent Adform and drive awareness Manage & build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at global agencies Understand the agencies’ business and challenges Drive long‑term partnership through tailored business strategies with each of the groups Develop account‑management best practices with the groups including quarterly and annual business reviews Unlock new business opportunities at global level and help local teams to activate in market Coordinate communication with local markets and ensure best practices are being shared across the organization Lead and manage global RFP processes in collaboration with agency teams, enterprise partners, and subject‑matter experts Support the onboarding process of new agency and advertiser clients (global/local)

Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong planning and forecasting capabilities Minimum 7 years of experience in digital business‑development roles Established senior‑level relationships with global and regional agencies, ideally complemented by strong local market contacts across programmatic, commercial, and capability functions Previous experience in a global role is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in client‑facing environments and internal collaboration Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills Proactive, self‑driven approach to work Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering value Adform’s guiding principles ingrained in your profile: Focus on Client Value, Behave with Decency, Take Ownership, Care, Collaborate as a Team Player, Remain Ambitious, and Stand Tall in all interactions
