SThree is the global STEM workforce consultancy, connecting skilled people to build the future. We’ve completed the core deployment of our global sales and recruitment platform—now we need a visionary Sales Product & Process Owner to maximise its value, drive enhancements, and embed innovation.


You’ll act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end sales process, bridging our sales organisation and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in sales effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates across all regions and brands. Over the next 2–3 years, you’ll also lead our AI enablement strategy, embedding predictive analytics, intelligent matching, and generative AI tools to transform consultant productivity and client engagement.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the global sales and recruitment process, maintaining a single global blueprint.
  • Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap, prioritising features based on ROI.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive sales effectiveness and adoption through playbooks, guided workflows, and AI-driven tools.
  • Lead AI innovation, embedding advanced capabilities into our processes.
  • Manage release cycles, change management, and BAU excellence.
  • Enhance data standards, insights, and reporting for actionable business intelligence.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Tech.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering a customer-obsessed product culture.


What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership: Proven experience in global senior roles within recruitment, professional services, or talent solutions.
  • Product Management Expertise: Skilled in managing large-scale product portfolios with a track record of innovation.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue models and P&L ownership.
  • Transformation & Change: Experience driving digitalisation and service innovation.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Ability to engage at C-suite and Board level.
  • Market Insight: Knowledge of STEM talent markets and emerging tech trends (AI, data-driven insights, digital platforms).
