We are searching for an experienced Global Employer Services Tax Associate Director to make an impact within our team at RSM UK.

Our national Employer Solutions team specializes in domestic employment tax, global employer services, and share plan and reward. With 100 specialists across the UK, we provide tailored support to help clients navigate employment tax issues, manage global workforce challenges, and develop reward strategies, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

As an Associate Director in Gatwick, Guildford, Reading, Bristol, Southampton, or Birmingham, you will work with a team of Global Mobility experts, ideally suited for someone passionate about global mobility tax and eager to advance their career in a dynamic environment where your expertise can significantly influence the team and clients.

You will:

• Collaborate with a national team of experts, providing advisory and compliance services in Global Mobility
• Lead advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence with a practical, commercial approach
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and networking, impacting the company's growth
• Support team development, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and innovation

What we are looking for:

• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Specialist in Global Mobility with complex tax issue expertise
• Approachable, attentive to team members' ideas and views
• Strong people management skills, capable of developing talent
• Aspiring to coach, lead, and grow a team
