A fast-growing, globally regulated digital assets platform is seeking a senior, board-level Risk & Compliance leader to own and scale its global compliance function across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a true C-suite role with responsibility for end-to-end regulatory strategy, AML/CTF oversight and risk governance across key hubs with visibility across Europe and beyond. This role will act as MLRO and approved Compliance Officer in core jurisdictions, partnering closely with the Board and executive team as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and leading the global Risk & Compliance framework across multiple regulated entities.
• Acting as MLRO and primary regulatory liaison with key authorities.
• Providing independent second-line challenge while enabling commercial growth.
• Building, mentoring and leading an international compliance team.
• Driving AML/CTF, sanctions, monitoring, governance and regulatory change initiatives.
• Presenting regularly to Board and Risk Committees.

What they’re looking for:

• Extensive senior compliance leadership experience (Head of Compliance/Risk/MLRO) within crypto or digital assets.
• CAMS qualification and certifications from Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic (blockchain analytics) required.
• Proven ability to operate credibly at Board and C-suite level.
• Experience running multi-jurisdictional compliance programmes.
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• A confident, commercially minded leader who can balance control with growth.

Salary is highly competitive + bonus + equity and a hybrid working model.
