As the Global Head of Solution Consulting, you will be the bridge between Cirium's powerful aviation analytics and the complex business challenges of our global client base. You will oversee a team of 8-9 subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure our technical value proposition is unrivalled and our brand remains the authoritative voice in aviation analytics. With your industry expertise, you will be responsible for developing and executing our pre‑sales engagement strategy to drive revenue growth and provide credibility to our key industry engagements. You are responsible for ensuring that Cirium's complex data (schedules, fleets, values, and emissions analytics) is translated into clear, actionable business outcomes for the world's largest airlines, financial institutions, and OEMs. As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will be pivotal in supporting Cirium's strategic priorities, ensuring alignment of commercial teams with global cross‑functional teams including Product, Innovation, Consulting, Support and Marketing.
About the Team
You will be part of Cirium's commercial leadership team. Cirium commercial organisation is a close-knit high performing team, constantly innovating and striving for higher commercial impact. Our methodology focuses on helping our clients understand the value we provide to their business and help them navigate their buying process. You will be based in our London office, reporting to Global head of sales and working closely with APAC, EMEA and Americas head of sales. You will initially be working with cross functional leaders to create an operating plan for our solutions consulting team as Cirium engages in solving complex client pain points.

Responsibilities
Bid management and RFP: Lead the strategy for high‑value RFP responses and complex technical bids, ensuring Cirium's competitive advantages are front and center.
Mastering the Demo: Standardize and elevate the "art of the demo," moving beyond features to focus on value‑based storytelling and solving specific client "pain."
The "Technical Win" Ownership: Accountable for the technical validation of every major deal. This includes overseeing the "Proof of Value" (PoV) process.
Executive Presence: Act as the senior technical lead in high‑stakes negotiations, building trust with C‑suite stakeholders at airlines, lessors, and financial institutions.
Internal SME: Develop and oversee the global training curriculum to ensure our sales teams deeply understand Cirium's products and their calue proposition for our customers.
Sales Readiness: Ensure the solution consultants and sales team can speak fluently about aviation trends and key updates in the industry.
Bridge to Data & Product: Act as the feedback loop between the field and the Data / Product team, ensuring real‑world client needs are prioritized in the development roadmap.
The Face of Cirium: Represent the company at major industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Content Creation: Partner with Marketing to produce high‑impact whitepapers, LinkedIn content, and market commentary that solidifies Cirium's position as a thought leader.
Scaling Excellence: Lead organizational transformation projects to streamline pre‑sales workflows, development of industry playbooks, internal training journeys and scale the team's impact as Cirium grows.
Regional Harmony: Manage and mentor a culturally diverse team across different time zones, ensuring global consistency with local relevance.
Qualifications
Mandatory Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the aviation ecosystem.
Functional Expertise: 7+ years in Pre‑Sales Leadership or Management Consulting. Consulting experience is preferred.
Transformation: Proven track record of leading "change management" or business transformation projects to design and develop a global consulting / Pre‑sales team.
Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; ability to simplify complex data sets for a broad audience.
Technical Acumen: Comfort with data structures, APIs, and analytics platforms. You don't need to code, but you must speak the language.
Leadership: Experience managing remote, diverse teams and a "servant‑leader" mindset.
Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making skills to identify valuable opportunities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Learning Mindset: Continuously seeks opportunities to improve and innovate, driving both personal and team development.

Sales Velocity: Reduction in the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle.
Sales Readiness: Improvement in internal sales team "competency scores" following training initiatives.
