Job Description

I am delighted to bring a Global HRIS Manager role to the market, working exclusively with an outstanding client. This permanent role with ownership of the core HR technology stack, ensuring continuous improvements and configurations are up to date. Additionally, this role will own HR analytics, keeping senior leadership informed of HR trends across all functions. This role is even more exciting for its ownership of the upcoming HR technology transformation. You will run an RFP, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS solution, working on a combination of projects and BAU.


Key responsibilities:


  • Project management for the selection and implementation of a new HRIS platform.
  • Develop dashboards and intelligence tools for HR teams and business partners across the globe.
  • Produce regular, high-impact reporting packages for executive leadership, finance, and board committees.
  • Model organisational values through day-to-day actions and decision-making.
  • Support the recruitment team to attract top-tier professionals to grow a skilled and resilient team.
  • Manage relationships with external system providers and HR platform partners.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects with embedded analytics and detailed reporting components.
  • Advanced data interpretation skills with a talent for creating insights to suit diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in data visualisation and storytelling using industry-standard reporting tools.
  • Deep familiarity with HR systems, methodologies, and global best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with confidence in engaging with individuals across cultural and functional boundaries.
  • Lead projects where data insights are central to delivery and decision-making.
  • Handle complex and time-sensitive reporting requests, whether via escalation channels or direct outreach.
  • Design streamlined reporting within systems and externally to support consistent delivery.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment of people-related forecasts with organisational budgeting.
  • Deliver analytical reports that help leaders, and HR heads make informed decisions.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on trends, metrics, and workforce behaviour.
  • Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues and provide analytic counsel.
  • Foster an empowered and purpose-driven team environment through regular touchpoints.
  • Critical thinking applied to data interpretation, resulting in actionable business recommendations.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Skilled at identifying needs and building fit-for-purpose solutions through consultation and feedback.


The role offers a competitive package of up to £80,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
