Global Key Account Director

We are looking for a Global Key Account Director with a history of developing SaaS contracts at $2m + ARR clients into bigger, 8-figure clients . The role will handle Financial Services clients (75%) and Pharma (25%) at circa Fortune500 level, requiring deep SaaS solutions understanding and experience. The role will co-ordinate the vision for each account, owning around 8 major accounts, managing internal and external stakeholders in a heavy matrix environment without formal authority. You’ll have the ability to handle strategic execution of Account Planning, whilst being able to handle low-level escalations (e billing) where necessary / if called upon
Global Key Account Manager / Director Strategic Relationship Builder with Fortune500 Heavy SaaS Solutions focus in Business Services (Complex Workflow or Compliance) Executive Presence and ability to act as Voice of the Client’s Executive Strong sense of Risk on potential Renewal issues/dangers Very strong Matrix influencing in a complex organisation Ruthless Prioritisation – a lot of simultaneous engagements Core Land & Expand experience – recognising and developing cross sell / upsell of heavily complex B2B SaaS products into already $2m ARR accounts to grow to 8 figures. Global Strategic Key Accounts Manager / Director High Energy Executive Presence with Global SaaS experience Hunter Strategic mindset – that consistent approach to Growth and Renewals Growing Multi mn $ accounts by similar muiltiples

Salary £100k - £120k – OTE to £200k, 12% pension uncapped variable with accelerators, Hybrid-role in London – some flexibility on all. This is a Global Key Account Director role as part of an elite team that will handle 50 top global accounts (US & EMEA) with high visibility.
