You will focus on optimising product-led growth, developing enterprise-focused messaging, and executing targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention in key vertical markets. This role offers a hybrid work schedule from our London HQ.As a Global Marketing Manager, you will:Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies positioning DEM as strategic entry point to ITRS platform:Create content strategy differentiating ITRS DEM capabilities against low-cost and platform competitorsDevelop vertical positioning for regulated industries beyond generic monitoring messagingOptimise product-led growth motion improving trial-to-conversion ratesDesign and implement PLG strategies including in-app messaging, user onboarding flows, activation campaigns, and expansion triggersDrive go-to-market for enterprise DEM packages and messaging for mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition in regulated industriesAnalyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify conversion opportunities and optimise the self-service experienceSupport systematic product launch communications for monthly DEM innovationsAnalyse segment performance and optimise marketing mix balancing efficiency with brand buildingRequirements5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with focus on SaaS or monitoring/observability solutionsExperience with product-led growth strategies and conversion optimizationUnderstanding of digital experience monitoring, synthetic monitoring, or related technologiesProven track record of demand generation and campaign executionExperience marketing to technical buyers and IT operations audiencesFamiliarity with competitive landscape in observability and monitoring marketsStrategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities and positioning gapsStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision making approachExcellent project management and campaign execution capabilitiesCreative problem-solving for competitive differentiationCollaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teamsComfort with both strategic planning and hands‑on executionBenefitsHealth Insurance and Dental Health Cover for you and your dependantsEmployee Assistance ProgrammePensionFlexible Hybrid WorkingEnhanced Parental LeaveTravel InsuranceLife AssuranceIncome ProtectionReferral BonusBuy and Sell HolidayTraining ReimbursementITRS is an Equal Opportunity employer and Inclusion is part of our everyday life.
