We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Global Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. This is a pivotal role where you’ll bridge global brand vision with local execution—ensuring campaigns resonate culturally while maintaining consistency worldwide.
You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and regional nuances.
Lead multi‑channel campaign execution across digital, social, PR, events, and content—ensuring localisation without compromising brand consistency.
Manage global marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise performance against KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, brand awareness).
Collaborate with regional teams, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, product, finance) to align on campaigns and local adaptations.
Oversee content strategy and development (web, social, email, video, SEO/SEM) for international audiences.
Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms, providing actionable insights.
Build and manage global partnerships with media, influencers, and distribution channels.
Ensure compliance with international regulations, including GDPR and other data privacy laws.
Mentor and support marketing teams or coordinate across matrixed regional functions.
About You
5–10+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in a global or multi‑market role
Experience in hospitality or a similar sector is advantageous
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Professional qualifications (e.g., CIM) or a Master’s degree are a plus
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing)
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
Data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and attribution modelling
Soft Skills
Excellent project management and cross‑cultural communication skills
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Creative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Additional Requirements
