A newly created global role for an experienced, commercially minded Portfolio Lead to manage an € Multi Million category across the UK, Europe and RoW. This role spans both B2B and B2C markets and involves regular US and international travel. Excellent package and career prospects with this growing group.

The Role You will own the global strategy, performance, and development of the garden care product portfolio, including full P&L responsibility. As part of the Group Product & Portfolio Leadership Team, you will set direction for the category, drive innovation, and align commercial, technical and operational teams behind a unified global approach. Key Responsibilities Own global P&L; deliver revenue, margin and growth.
