We are currently seeking an experienced Gluing Machine Operator to join our clients production team in Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent role offering competitive pay, excellent shift patterns, and opportunities for overtime.

• Make-ready, set up, and run a folder gluer machine

• Maintain machine speeds and production output to agreed targets

• Lead, support, and develop members of the production team

• Ensure all health and safety procedures are fully adhered to

• Achieve all preventative maintenance targets and report issues promptly

• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency at all times

• Demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of folder gluer machinery

• Proven experience operating a folder gluer / gluing machine

• Strong understanding of machine setup, running, and troubleshooting

• Ability to lead and motivate a small team

• Strong focus on health & safety and continuous improvement

• Reliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shifts
