Hours: Weekend Nights (Friday: 6.45pm-6.45am, Saturday: 6pm-6am & Sunday: 6am-6pm)

📌 Overview

We're looking for a skilled Finishing (Gluing) Operator to safely and efficiently run gluing machines for carton production . In this hands-on role, you'll ensure high product quality, perform regular checks ✅, and support maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

Set up and operate gluing machines for various carton styles (e.g. straight line, crash lock, tray lock) Install and configure machine components per job specs Monitor machine performance and product quality, making adjustments as needed Conduct visual checks for glue application, creases, and overall finish Collaborate with Finishing Assistants to maintain safety and workflow Perform line clearances, routine maintenance, and safety checks Follow QA and safety procedures aligned with ISO, BRC, FSC, and other standards✅ What You'll Need
