This incorporates the smooth running of daily food and beverage service and corporate envents held within the club house. Joining the dedicated Food and Beverage department, you will: Manage the team to ensure customer service standards are met and any customer enquiries are dealt with. Work with our Golf Manager and Membership Manager to deliver requirements as requested by the guest for any special or corporate events. This is a vital role and ultimately the service provided to our members and guests enhances their visit. With a smile and your infectious personality, you will enjoy chatting to our guests, offering help and assistance to enquiries. Keep all areas clean and always well-presented and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties of your department. Deliver outstanding customer care. Take responsibility for stock taking. Assist with recruiting and training employees. Deliver the highest standards in service and presentation. Assist with employee scheduling and administration.
