We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Administrator to join a busy distribution centre based in Magna Park. This role is based within the warehouse Goods In admin office and offers a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as Goods In Administrator:

Working within the Goods In admin office (warehouse-based environment). Creating and processing GRNs (Goods Received Notes) following training. Booking in deliveries accurately using internal systems. Liaising with warehouse teams to ensure goods are received correctly. Handling delivery discrepancies and reporting any issues. Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in real time.Requirements as Goods In Administrator:

Good working knowledge of Excel. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems. Able to work under pressure in a very busy operation. Previous admin or warehouse admin experience is advantageous. Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach.Benefits of working with us:
