Governance Manager

I am looking for a Governance Manager to join a leading client in the West Midlands. Working directly with the Head of Governance, you will be responsible for ensuring that the audits are facilitated by third parties.

As Governance Manager, you will be:

  1. Managing the governance framework
  2. Taking responsibility for the implementation of new governance procedures
  3. Helping with the onboarding of new talent
  4. Ensuring that the organisation is compliant with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Location: Birmingham

Working hours: Mon - Fri | Full time

Salary: £50,000 - £52,791 annually

Successful applicants for the Governance Manager will have:

  1. Experience in a similar role: company secretary, governance, and audit manager
  2. Strong understanding of housing regulations and laws
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Solid understanding of corporate compliance
