Work for a charity in Central London as a Governance Manager. FTC 12 months - £54,000 - £58,000 pro rata. Role Purpose

This role will be responsible for a focused programme of governance improvement projects ensuring the charity maintains a robust and coherent governance framework. Working to the Head of Governance responsibilities include reviewing and updating the charities governance framework and approval processes, rationalising Board Committee Terms of Reference, and strengthening governance alignment. The role also encompasses coordinating board recruitment, appointments and inductions, maintaining statutory records and governance documentation, supporting regulatory filings in England and Scotland, and overseeing trustee training and development. Additionally, the postholder will assist in designing and implementing a project‑managed framework for the charities national elections for Trustees and other elected officers. Experience and skills

Previous experience of working as a Governance Manager within a charity, membership or public sector organisation. What we offer
