GPS Regional Protective Services Employee Assistance Office Senior Manager

Join Accenture's dynamic Global Protection & Security (GP&S) team as the Employee Assistance Senior Manager (EMEA). This position is GP&S’s primary responder for various incidents/emergencies involving individual employees throughout the EMEA region, including medical situations, missing persons, workplace violence, traveler security issues, etc. As the liaison between Accenture’s Security Operation Center (ASOC) and key stakeholders such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Workplace, Legal, IT, and Travel, you will provide strategic guidance, assess potential risks, and ensure proper support teams are engaged to protect Accenture’s people during emergencies.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Primary point of contact for individual emergency calls from the ASOC for the EMEA region, handling calls exclusively for GP&S or coordinating with additional support teams.
Primary escalation path for incidents raised through partners such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Workplace.
Develop and deliver training plans for GP&S and Accenture partners to ensure readiness and clear lines of responsibility during crises.
Lead the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team (BTAT) training and operations across the EMEA region.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Employee Relations, Legal, HR, Workplace, IT, Travel, and other functions.
Track trends in reporting records and identify incidents that may require additional resources.
Collaborate with GP&S’s Regional Protective Services Managers to keep them informed and supported for employee crises in their regions.
Ensure GP&S’s response actions are aligned with Accenture’s Policies.
Qualification
Here’s what you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Security & Safety Management, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Organizational Leadership, Behavioral Science, or a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in emergency response/crisis management, with at least 5 years involving behavioral threat assessment and management.
At least 3 years of experience working directly with corporate support functions such as Human Resources, Legal, and Workplace.
At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Comfort with ambiguity and drive toward clarity for positive impact.
Language skills are a plus.
Certifications: ATAP CTM, ASIS CPP, DHS TERC.
Other Requirements
Ability to work non‑standard hours, be on call 24/7 (including weekends and holidays), and travel 25% of the time.
