About the School
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Pastoral & Learning Support Assistant / Aspiring Educational Psychologist to join their supportive team.
The school caters to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and has a strong focus on supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those requiring additional pastoral support. Some pupils may experience difficulties with emotional regulation, behaviour or engagement in learning, and benefit from consistent, nurturing support. Staff work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team and external professionals to create a safe, structured and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
This role is ideal for graduates or aspiring practitioners looking to gain practical experience working with children in an educational and therapeutic setting.
