We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and capable of assisting our senior staff members across various service areas within our Leeds office.\n\nIn this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as cost estimation, project budgeting, tender preparation, and contract administration. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, delivering a variety of projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, heritage and leisure. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor position offers hands-on experience and excellent support towards achieving RICS chartership, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in quantity surveying.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nThe key responsibilities of a Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor include, but are not limited to:\n\nAssisting senior staff on projects.\nAssisting in production of Cost Estimates.\nPackage take-offs.\nAssisting in production of Tender documents.\nAssisting in Tender Analysis.\nAssisting in Cost Control.\nPreparing Final Accounts.\nAssisting in Employer's Agent & Project Management services\nThe Company\n\nBWA (Europe) Limited are a busy practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
