Programme Overview

Our Graduate Business Programme provides a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to sales, marketing, and business development. Participants will work directly with experienced professionals, gain real commercial exposure, and progress along a clearly defined career pathway tailored to their individual performance and ambition.

Graduate Responsibilities

• Representing major UK brand partners across face-to-face customer engagement campaigns
• Applying business and commercial principles in live, real-world customer settings
• Developing sales, communication, and strategic thinking skills through direct experience
• Attending structured daily business briefings and contributing to team strategy
• Progressing through programme milestones with the support of a dedicated senior mentor

Graduate Profile

• Recent graduate from any degree discipline — drive and ambition are valued above subject specialism
• Commercially minded with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and eager to accelerate personal and professional development
• No prior commercial experience required — full training and programme support is provided
• Must be 18 years of age or above and hold the legal right to work in the UK
