We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer, recently graduated from a UK university, to relocate to either our Madrid or Seville offices via our Graduate Worldwide Programme, contributing to innovative civil and structural solutions across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. In time, you will have the opportunity to return to the UK or work from one of our other global offices.

Graduate Worldwide Programme

What You Will Be Doing

• Contribute to civil engineering designs across a variety of challenging, high-profile projects.
• Work on both permanent and temporary works, ensuring all solutions are robust, creative, and buildable.
• Solve real-world engineering problems with a blend of creativity and technical knowledge.
• Assist with tender documentation and contribute to project bids.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within project scope.
• Monitor design standards, health and safety, legal, and environmental compliance.
  
  

• A minimum 2:1 degree (BEng or MEng) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of civil and structural design in steel and reinforced concrete, with an interest in Civil Structures and/or Hydraulic Works.
• Confidence using relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, ETABS, Revit).
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and working towards Chartered status.
• Understanding of current Codes of Practice, Eurocodes, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
• Full availability for international mobility/expatriation to Spain (Madrid, Seville, or Barcelona) and willingness to relocate.
  
  

• Internship or placement experience in civil infrastructure and/or civil/structural engineering design.
• A strong interest in civil infrastructure and/or hydraulic works.
• Ambition, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
