As a Graduate Development Surveyor, you will support senior surveyors and partners across a range of development consultancy instructions. This is a varied position offering strong professional development and hands-on project involvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with development appraisals and financial viability assessments

Supporting on strategic land and development consultancy projects

Undertaking market research and analysis to support client advice

Assisting with site identification, acquisition, and disposal

Preparing reports, presentations, and client briefings

Liaising with landowners, developers, planners, and professional consultants

Supporting the planning promotion and land strategy process

Assisting in preparing documentation for land and development transactions

About You

The successful candidate will be motivated, analytical, and keen to develop a career in property development consultancy.

You will ideally have:

A degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Rural Land Management, or similar

An interest in land, planning, and development

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent communication and report writing abilities

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive and professional approach

A full UK driving licence (preferred)
